Student's FUEL

FUEL aims to connect industry, training providers and students through hybrid model of helplines and workshops to bridge the gap of information asymmetry across sectors. FUEL offers assessments results that are not sector specific but are linked to essential employability skills of students such as:

  • Aptitude Profile
  • Interest Profile
  • Personality Profile

The entity offers a value proposition for students as well as industry/training providers. Students and their parents get to know about the higher education as well as vocational opportunities alongside their studies while industry/training providers get well qualified/ skilled candidates.

EduConnect also builds an ecosystem of interaction among principals of schools in the region and also enable their interaction with relevant stakeholders, with a broader aim of educational development in region.

The key highlights of the project include the following:

  • Students and parents can understand his/ her strengths & areas of improvement with industry exposure and can also interact with their mentors face to face or through email/phone for career guidance.
  • The employers get easy access to high quality human resource

FUEL has worked across 3500+ schools and facilitated 8.5 lakh students in last 9 years with career orientation, communication skills, IT and Life Skills with an intention of enhancing employability level of target beneficiaries, increasing the motivation level among high schools students to continue with their higher education and spread awareness of over 20+ short term, skill based and job oriented career options. The key highlights of the organizational experience are given below:

  • About 83,475 students have been benefitted through institutional tie-ups.
  • About 5,03,440 students have been benefitted from FUEL’s district level EduConnect program till date.
